Tulips

Tulips are one of the easiest bulbs to grow. Single early tulips, as indicated by their name, produce one flower per stem, bloom early in the spring, and are used to force in containers for Easter. Plant tulips in well-drained soil to ensure proper root formation. Exposure to full sun will bring out the rich colors that tulips offer, but some shade will enable a longer blooming period and still offer a colorful addition to your yard or garden.
